I've been working on polishing up my "Ruby" manuscript and it's almost good to go in paperback on Lulu. Just a few more finishing touches and it'll be ready. Then I'll get to work on the eBook, and then I'll get started on finishing "Witches"--just in time for October, how perfect is that?? And I don't doubt I'll be finishing that bad boy by Halloween. Because I'm still at home, seeing what's going to happen next. So, while we wait, why not get some projects done since I'm feeling better?
So me and the little sis have been making fairies. I got the idea since Mom took me to a nursery and they had the coolest fairy houses, so I decided, "Shit, I can make that" and I will. For my future daughter. Lou. I'm going to make her this huge fairy house that she'll play with instead of an ordinary doll house. Then I was like "Well she's going to need dolls" so I got started on creating them. Depicted above are Penelope and Maisie, frolicking through the backyard bushes, then chillin' by the hot tub and pond. Penelope's the blond, made by the sis, and Maisie's the red head, made by yours truly. They turned out super cute. But that was a while ago. Today we made more, and finally made their house:
My parents have been camping while I'm home watching one of the dogs, so dad came home to do a few things and I went back with him for a few hours to hang out, but my parents are so active that right when I got here they went kayaking and jet skiing. So I'm in the camper with Benji. We're taking selfies.
Please post soon, I'm excited to see what other selfies you've taken of your butt after you've shat on that toilet you've graciously included in your profile pic.
OMG WE'RE TWINS. I too have huge bulbous lips from fillers, a multi million dollar house, and love to traipse around Hollywood like it's my playground, dating every weird named rapper out there.
Nearing the end on this little baby butt story. I'm getting excited. It was a fun little write and soon it will be a fun little read.
Saw this on my news feed. Lol. Poor Waka Flocka Flame. Hope it ends well.
I was emailed this. Like...thank you for the update...I don't know how I would've gone on with my life if I hadn't been alerted.
I really need to stop Facebooking and having a Twitter. I don't even know my login info for that shit and I keep getting bogus mail.
Or sick people. Had chicken noodle soup for breakfast after a long sleepless night of being super sick from taking a newly prescribed anxiety pill. Never taking anything again. Ever.
It's a short little read I'm already almost done with. It's a cute little something, lighthearted and easy going. I'm glad I've been able to work on writing a little, it's been hard dying and all. But I'm hoping with Halloween coming up I'll get into the mood to start on Witches again...
Badass video too, I loved it.
Never been a fan of Amy, but loved this when it came on my Pandora radio. Super chill. An okay video compared to any of Lana Del Rey's, I'm so disappointed. Her music is ambrosia and her videos are sooo mediocre.
So today was the day. The day we've been waiting for. And it was horrible. I won't get into it. Because I don't think I can without crying. Maybe one day. In the far future. The first pic is of the waiting room where I was while the fifteen minutes between breaths went by. But that's all I'll say right now about that. The bf came down and we went to lunch and laid in the back on his car at the park, then went to ice cream. I took a bunch of pics to remember the two hours he was here. Because I'm dying without him. We're not good apart. And I'm a very affectionate person who needs a lot of affection in return. Long distance isn't for me. But we've had to do it for 85% of our time together. But what can you do.
"Please. Might you spare a square Cheez-It? I haven't eaten for days, and the little ones lost their mother to the influenza. Now it's up to me to raise them when I'm hardly qualified. My ankle makes this weird ticking sound and sometimes I can taste purple. Please. Just one. Before we all get claimed by the sharp and prejudiced claws of starvation."
"Benji you're a well-fed puppy and you don't have any babies."
So we have this old suitcase my gran gave us right, and I've always been musing about it since I ran into projects on Pinterest, wanting to make this suitcase table but then I was like well if I find one at Good Will first then I'll just go for that but here I am, mentioned to mom you can make cool things out of it when she goes you can have it and then the fun began. First I ripped out the interior because it was awful and stained, then I got to work trying to get the rust off the metal buckles but to no prevail, so I gave up and started baking soda cleaning the leather, vinegaring it, soapy watering it, then I decided to paint the rust and here we are. Step One, Cleaning: Complete. Step Two, Table Legs: Pending. Last I will reline the interior. But it's pretty cool, I'm really excited. I even came up with the idea that I could put a little skirt around it at the end. But we'll see if it's too much. We'll see.
Came downstairs and found a pan, eggs, and freshly cut veggies by the stove. Dad passed and said "I guess she wants you to make an omelet" and disappeared mysteriously. So I made an omelet. Well. Scrambled eggs. With veggies.
How gorge is this? That's where I just took a bath. While watching Shaun the Sheep. I mean...how else do you take a bath?
Look at this totes kewl music box I got for $6! It plays "Somewhere My Love" which Dad knew after one listen but I've never heard before but it's pretty. I think I'm going to put flowers in the right space and put an old timey something on the lid I don't know we'll see.
Look what I found in our old VHS collection: That's right, the movie that started it all. So I'm taking it with me. Even though we don't have a VHS player. It still needs the shrine it deserves.
