Just mailed probably not my first letter but the first one in about 20 years. Even had to ask the parentals how do:
Me: "Parents, how do you mail a letter?"
Mom: "I can't believe you're asking me that."
Dad: "Put the address you want it to go to in the middle, your address in the left corner, stamp in the right corner."
Me: "Right. And how does one acquire stamps? Also, envelopes? And where do you put it once it's ready?"
Normally I avoid mailing letters at all costs (e.g. Never mailed in snail mail manuscripts), but this was important. This was a letter going to SSPU. Telling them they're great and we love them and yada yada. Oh and requesting an autograph since I had to miss their concert because I have cancer and all. I don't know. People do that, right? Now I'm just scared someone's going to show up at my house and kill us all in our sleep. But I'm a little paranoid.
